I guess this would be considered painting...
This is actually from art class. (My god we did something cool and fun o.o *gasp*) To do this, we got a bunch of methyl cellulose (goop or, as Megan called it, sploog) and we filled some medium sized tubs with it. Then we took slightly watered down paints and splattered it in the tub to make designs and... well splatters. This one just happened to have zee right stuff ^^ And it turned out bloody awesome as you can see!
So, it's fire and ice. And if you say other wise, then doom on you! ^^
